About Me

Andriza Freitas

Educator, Dance Teacher and Yoga Instructor

My journey as a professional has been incredibly rewarding, as I have witnessed individuals overcome physical and emotional barriers, gain confidence, and discover their true selves. It is my mission to inspire and support others on their own personal journeys of self-discovery and growth. Together, let us embark on a transformative path, where we can develop and transform ourselves every day through the beautiful art forms of dance and yoga.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse cultural settings, 10 years in Brazil, 9 years in China, and in Australia since 2017. These experiences have enriched my understanding of the human spirit and its capacity for growth and self-discovery.
