The word “Yoga” in Sanskrit means “union” between your body, mind and soul.

Do you want to bring some balance into your life? Why not invite a partner or a friend to join you in a Partner Yoga class? Partner Yoga is a great way to deepen your practice, build trust and strengthen your connection. It's also a lot of fun! So, why not join in the fun and invite a partner or friend to come along and enjoy the benefits of Partner Yoga with you!

Some of the benefits of offering our Partner Yoga Workshop at your studio or gym:

Partner Yoga brings people together through movement, play, breath, touch and connection. It is a unique and exciting way to bring new students to your studio or gym and to offer something different from the regular yoga classes.

A unique and creative way to practice yoga that can attract new students who may not have considered yoga before.

It can be a fun and creative way to practice yoga. It allows for exploration and playfulness that can make the practice feel less serious and more enjoyable.

Differentiate your studio from other studios in the area and provide a unique offering to your students.

My first contact with Partner Yoga was in Shanghai / China (2014/2015) and after to cover my teacher for several times I just fell in love about this kind of yoga practice. I started following Ganga White and Tracy Rich from Santa Barbara / California and another big inspiration was Elysabeth Williamson, author of “The Pleasures and Principles of Partner Yoga.” During my Rainbow Kids & Family Yoga Training in 2014 I had the opportunity to learn more about “double yoga” and the different ways to teach adults and kids. It was an amazing experience.
